The
Solo Diver Course
teaches experienced
divers how to safely
dive independently of a
dive buddy or strengthen
your buddy team skills.
The course stresses on
proper dive planning,
personal limitations,
accident prevention as
well as the benefits,
hazards, and proper
procedures for diving
solo. You will also
learn the additional
equipment that is
required for solo diving
including its proper
usage and assembly. This
is the prefect course
for Public Safety, NJ
Wreck and Technical
Divers. This course is
also good for divers who
want to be self reliant
in the water.
The Solo Diver Course is
not suitable for every
diver because divers
must be willing to make
the necessary commitment
to learn and equip
themselves to manage the
added risks that solo
diving involves.
Even if you DO NOT want
to dive solo, the skills
learned would be a very
good addition to any
divers skills.
