Sharon
S. V. MS, RN-BC, CRNI, LMT. Sharon has worked in the
healthcare industry for the past 25 years as a Registered Nurse. She has
worked in both pediatrics and adult healthcare, including the acute care
and homecare setting. Sharon has also earned her Master’s Degree in
Nursing Education and had been
teaching undergraduate nursing students for the past 15 years. When she
was not pursuing her nursing career, Sharon took time to get her license
as a massage therapist in 1995. SCUBA diving became a part
of Sharon’s life when she met Phil. She became certified on their
honeymoon in Puerto Rico in 2003. Since then she has continued her
education moving from Nitrox to Rescue to Advanced. Currently, Sharon is
certified as an Assistant Instructor and CPROX-1st/AED
Instructor. Sharon will dive in any water temps (over 75⁰) whenever
anyone is ready to go. She is interested in underwater photography and
working to improve her skills and shots. Sharon also has a great
fondness for SCUBILITY, after suffering a serious leg injury which
alters her SCUBA abilities. She is always willing to make SCUBA
available to anyone who is interested.
