Joe's
early interest in diving started with the TV series Sea Hunt with Lloyd
Bridges and, of course, with influences from Jacques Cousteau. He
was first certified in 1976 by NASDS (National Association of Skin
Diving Schools) while attending Kean College, and was re-certified in
2003 by PADI. Joe then discovered 1.877.SCUBAUSA where he elected
to continue his diving education.
